We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Town Planner who is preferably MRTPI qualified to join our busy team in Hendon, London. You will play a key part in growing the business with their existing clients, especially in relation to answering and dealing with Enquiries, writing planning documents and appeal cases.
We are a driven team that thrives on helping our clients gain planning permission.
You will have: 1.Knowledge of planning policy at regional, county or district level, supplementary planning guidance and developments briefs such as UDP Policy and Mayors Plan etc. 2.Knowledge and experience of the planning process, pervious sales experience. 3.Personable and confident on the phone and in person. 4.Ability to read drawings and computer literate. 5.Ability to write planning documents and deal with appeal cases 6.Experience working in a Local council planning department. Your workload will be varied and will offer the opportunity to carry out general planning consultancy, develop particular areas of expertise and gain experience of working with some prestigious clients. You will be involved in the preparation of bidding for new work to converting enquiries in planning packages and preparing applications.
We will consider part-time or temporary candidates but you must be able to work in the UK.You will be required to travel throughout the defined territory in the course of your work.
