An experienced chartered town planner (or equivalent), you will join a multi-disciplinary team in a property management and development environment, and be responsible for providing a comprehensive town planning service. With a thorough knowledge of policy formulation and development, you will be able to provide town-planning advice, submit applications and handle appeals and agreements. Excellent presentation, communication and networking skills will be key to this varied and challenging role. Knowledge of Hertfordshire and experience in both the public and private sector would be an advantage.
