The Role
This top International Consultancy is currently looking to recruit a Planner to join the existing team working on major building contracts in London.
Duties will include:
* Working up methods and preparing resourced programmes in support of tendering for a wide range of projects with a value of at least £50 Million. * Writing contributions to quality submissions and creating presentations to support tenders * Liaising and working with contract staff in the handover from tender stage, to prepare contract start up programmes and help establish contract controls
Key attributes:
* Experience of a wide range of construction projects as a planner on key projects for well known Consultancies or Contractors.Senior Planner / New Build Planner / Building Projects Planner
The Successful Candidate
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Planner or Senior Planner and will need to posses the following experience:
* New build commercial construction projects * Experience as a practicing Planning Engineer, certainly in a tendering capacity and ideally in a contract situation too * Ability to bring forward innovative solutions in response to both method and time challenges * Measured and well organised approach * Confident communication, both in writing and in internal and external presentations * Sound understanding of both ICE and ECC form of contracts * Confident handler Primavera and P3 * Established user of AutoCad * Competent user of MsWord, Excel and Power PointSenior Planner / New Build Planner / Building Projects Planner

* Basic salary of up to £70,000 per annum * Car allowance * Annual Bonuses * Private Health Care * Pension.
